Lloyds, EIL, PDIL & SGS etc.

Our Induction Furnaces are having 4 crucibles of capacity: 500 Kgs. - 2 Nos; 1000 Kgs. - 1 No; 1500 Kgs. - 1 No. with 2 power packs of 450 KW and 250 KW.

We have Shell Moulding equipment, Shell Core Shooter equipment, to meet any specific needs, requiring Shell Moulding process.

Full Sand Plant consisting knock out machine, reclamation Plant, Overhead hoppers with necessary belt conveyors, High-speed sand mixer, Continuous sand mixer compaction table along with necessary roller conveyors are executed and is under trails.
