- Control on line rejections to 3% of production and reduce the same by 10% per annum.
- Ensure all our key employees are trained regularly.
- Provide 10% return on investment while making efforts to prevent erosion on net Asset Value.
- Develop greenery to cover 100% of our vacant factory area within 5 years.
Dedicated technical team and their sustained efforts towards quality, has brought the company at the forefront, amongst all Steel Foundries at national level. In house quality control facilities include conventional chemical analysis, microscopic analysis, universal tensile testing, brinell hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, liquid dye penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection equipments. Radiography requirements are also met on demand.
Needless to say, that the production facilities include induction melting furnaces, machines moulding, hand moulding facilities with green sand, resin bonded and silicate bonded sand systems, oil and electric heat treatment furnaces with supporting fettling/finishing facilities. Further our productions are accepted under third party inspection agencies such as M/S. Lloyds Register Industrial Services India (Pvt.) Ltd, TATA Projects Ltd., Engineers India Ltd., SGS India Ltd. and others.
Quality Management System
The organization is the manufacturing unit for various types of steel, alloy steel and alloy iron castings required by heavy engineering industry.
Design aspects are not at all included in the operations of manufacturing of steel and alloy as the castings are manufactured to the designs of respective customers. The manufacture of steel and alloy steel is an established manufacturing process. National and international standards are applied at appropriate areas of operation.
